- Prospective tenants will receive instant property alerts of their choice – by email or telephone

- Appointments made will be visible to you in your own personal login area

| |
- We will attend all visits to your property, at your request
|
| |
- Viewer's feedback can be viewed by yourself from your personal login area

- When a tenant makes an offer we will credit check and reference them

- Tenancy agreements will be drawn up – available at your login area

| |
- Rental and deposit monies will be received
|

- When the tenant moves in we will carry out an inspection and prepare an inventory list

- Receive ongoing rental payments, and preparing monthly financial statements

- Regular inspections of your property will be carried out
